每年11月第四个星期四，是西方的感恩节（Thanksgiving Day）。

每逢这种“外国节日”，外企打工人的灵魂三问又来了：
“要不要给客户发节日问候？”
“不同客户该怎么发？”
“发邮件的时间什么时候最合适？”

今天，我们就来帮你理一理，让你发得体面、专业、又不尴尬。

感恩节

要不要给客户发节日问候？

 

感恩节在美国和加拿大的重要程度，相当于我们的春节——是家人团聚、共享盛宴的日子。但需要注意的是，英国、法国等大多数欧洲国家并不过感恩节，因此发送祝福时，要讲究“因人而异”。

 

如果你的客户来自美国，那节日问候基本属于“刚需”。一封真诚的邮件，会让他们觉得你懂文化、有礼貌、值得信赖，还能悄悄加分合作关系。

而对于加拿大客户，千万不要搞错时间！他们的感恩节是在每年10月的第二个星期一，比美国早一个多月。

至于其他国家的客户，则不建议直接说“Happy Thanksgiving”。你可以借这个契机，单纯表达感谢、合作愉快、期待继续合作等，更显稳妥和专业。

感恩节

什么时候发比较合适？

美国客户：最佳时间是 美国当地周三或周四上午，因为大家周四下午开始度假。

加拿大客户：可以提前一周发，注意语气中性。

英国、亚洲、欧洲客户：可提前一周或节日前几天发，重点是表达感谢而非节日。

长期联系客户/潜在客户：提前 3-5 天发送，给对方留下专业的印象即可。

总结一句话：节日前发送邮件最稳妥，既显示你有心，又不会打扰客户度假。

感恩节邮件的目的不仅仅是“祝节日快乐”，更是 职场中低成本建立好感、增强客户关系的机会。

一句简单的 “Happy Thanksgiving” 或 “Thank you for your support this year”，背后体现的是：你懂文化、你尊重对方、你是值得信赖的合作伙伴。
